How can I buy a product?
Visiting the Catalog section of our site and going to the product you want to order.
Once on the product page you can fill in the contact form with your data.
We will reply with all the details within 24 hours.
Alternatively you can write an email to email@example.com indicating the product code.
How is the payment?
You can pay with the following payment methods:
– In cash at the time of pick-up at the headquarters with down payment for start of work
– Bank transfer (Banca BPM SPA Art Prestige di Arni Antonio IBAN IT 22 D 05034 52700 000000000050)
– We accept payments via Satispay
– Recharge postepay online
– Postepay recharge from post office counter
How will the products be shipped?
We pack the products for shipping with the utmost care and quality so as to ensure the delivery is perfectly intact.
We use wooden crates and bollimbal.
When the product is withdrawn, the customer is required to check the number of packages and the packing conditions. If the packaging does not appear perfectly intact next to the signature: on the bill must sign with the words “withdrawn with reserve damaged package”.
In case of seriously damaged packaging with certain damage to the internal contents, sign with “damaged goods rejected package”.
The products shipped will be:
– Disassembled, where possible, from fragile parts
– Covered with cardboard and on the outside with multilayer layers
– Labeled with transport documents
– Placed on pallets, if volume and weight require it
The delivery is intended as ROAD BORDER – CIVIC FRONT.
N.B. For deliveries to the floor, please notify us at the time of purchase, this is a service where possible for a fee!
The Owner assumes no responsibility for the delay or failure to deliver the Product due to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, to execute on time.
How much is shipping?
The cost varies depending on the size and weight of the product and the destination.
The final price will be sent together with the product quote.
In some cases the cost of shipping can be considered excessive; it is good to clarify that sending items of value requires a series of slow and delicate operations, therefore, in some cases delivery can not be timely but can take up to thirty days.
Can I pick up the products in person?
Yes, you can pick up the products at our office by appointment.
Also in this case there is a packaging service to be communicated when ordering.
In the absence of communications in this regard, no type of packaging will be performed.
In how much will I receive the product?
Shipping and shipping times vary depending on the product.
The order is processed when the payment is received.
Upon confirmation of the estimate the estimated shipping times will be indicated.
Are the furniture already assembled at the time of delivery?
Most of the furniture is already assembled. The most bulky furniture is shipped unassembled, instruction sheets and hardware for assembly.
Are the products guaranteed?
The products have two years warranty for factory defects.
